Event 4: Treatment

Christine's Initial Treatment Plan

• Etodolac 400 mg three times daily x 7 days
• Cyclobenzaprine 10 mg at bedtime x 7 days
• Over the counter mouth guard at night
• Warm compresses to right face as needed
• Return to office in 1 week for further evaluation
